    • Hand-drawn concept sketches

    • Style inspiration and mood board based on what we've discussed

    Credited toward your full service design package if you proceed within 60 days.

  • Once we've established a clear direction through your initial concept consultation, this is where your concept is refined into a fully resolved design ready for approval. I'll guide you through each stage, coordinating the required consultants, refining the design, and preparing the documentation needed to bring your project to life.

    What's included:

    • Site measure and existing property plans (if required)

    • Concept design development

    • Council, CDC and NCC research

    • Design development and refinement

    • Up to three design review meetings

    • Liaison with required consultants and specialists

    • Required planning documentation and schedules

    • Council or CDC submission drawings

    • Ongoing support throughout the process

    What you'll walk away with:

    A complete set of approval-ready documentation, including your fully resolved design and everything required to move confidently into the approval process.

  • Once your project has been approved, the final stage is preparing the detailed documentation required for construction. This package builds upon your approved design, adding the technical information needed for builders, certifiers and trades to accurately price and construct your project.

    • Detailed construction drawings

    • Detailed demolition plans (if required)

    • Door and window schedules

    • Joinery details

    • Bathroom and wet area details

    • Construction details

    • Internal elevations (where required)

    • Finishes and material schedules

    • Electrical and lighting layouts (if required)

    • Ongoing coordination with consultants throughout documentation

    A comprehensive construction documentation package, providing the detailed information required to obtain a Construction Certificate, accurately quote the works, and build your project with confidence.
